What payment methods does WYND accept?
We accept PayNow [UEN:T20LL0516D (Place your order using our website's contact form with the Subject Heading "Purchase Order")], Google Pay, Visa, MasterCard and American Express debit and credit cards.

We’re happy to answer questions about Orders, Order Modifications, Shipping, Returns, & Cancellations…and pretty much anything else you can throw at us.

What if I need to change or cancel my order? 
Don't fret! You can send an urgent e-mail to hello@wyndactive.com with your order reference number within 12 hours of placing your order. We're here from Mon-Fri, 10:00 am-7:00 pm (GMT+8)
 

Shipping

 
When will my order ship out?
We take 1-2 business days to pack and ship your full order.
Orders placed before 2:00 pm will ship that evening, order volume permitting. Orders placed after 3:00 pm on Friday—or over the weekend—will ship the following Monday. If you'd like to check on your order status, send us an e-mail at hello@wyndactive.com

How long does it take for my order to arrive? 
All local orders are shipped via JT Express Courier Service —at a fee of $3.50—and it takes within 1-5 business day to arrive. Next Day Courier service can be done for an additional fee of $5 payable via PayNow to UEN:T20LL0516D (Do drop us an email right after placing your order). Shipment delay may subject to public holidays, festive peak period and the global covid situation. 

 

Does WYND ship internationally?  
We currently offer shipping via J and T Express to several countries, do head to our Shipping Information page to find out more. 
International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, handling costs, and other fees; these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are non-refundable.
