What is your return policy?

WYND accepts return parcels that reach us within 14 days after the original purchase date. We ask that items are returned in its original packaging with the swing tag attached, unworn, unwashed and un-damaged—a quick try-on is cool; a workout session is not cool. 

If your order is damaged upon arrival or otherwise failed to arrive, please reach out to us at hello@wyndactive.com. We will gladly accept these items back and work with you on a replacement or another solution. 

How do I return a locally/internationally shipped order?

Free return policy is currently unavailable, hence return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a service with tracking so we can have eyes on where your returns are. Please drop us an e-mail at hello@wyndactive.com if you would like to suggest an alternative way to return your item(s). 

Exchange

How do I make an exchange or refund?

Exchanges can only be made for activewear (not mats or accessories) of the same style, in a different colour or size; be sure to include the exact colour and size of the new item on the return note. Strictly no refunds allowed for item(s) sold on sale.

For us to send out your exchanged item(s), shipping costs will also be the customer's responsibility. Kindly PayNow the informed shipping costs to UEN T20LL0516D.

We currently do not conduct cash refunds, only online store credits that will be valid for 6 months.

How many times am I allowed for exchange?

You are only entitled to a one-time exchange per item. If you are unsure of the size or colour to order, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at hello@wyndactive.com.

How long does an exchange take to process?

Refunds or Exchanges will be processed within 3-4 business days after we received the return. Exchanges will be shipped out once we have processed the original return. If you need to expedite your return or exchange process, please reach out to hello@wyndactive.com.
